What these terms cover

These terms cover the website at tasunke.uk and describe the private desk named on the Google OAuth consent screen as Tasunke Music (Google Cloud project tasunke-music) and on the Meta app of the same name. How the desk handles account data is in the privacy page.

The website

The site is the artist page for TasunkeWitko. It links to Spotify, YouTube Music, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Listening and watching happen on those services, under their terms. This site does not sell music, take payments, or create accounts.

The desk

Tasunke Music is a private, single-user tool run by the artist. It publishes the artist’s own recordings to the artist’s own YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and TikTok account (TikTok goes through Buffer). It is not offered to other people, and it is not a public upload service.

The artist is responsible for the music, artwork, and captions they publish, and for keeping the tokens in their own .env and data/secrets.json. Connecting YouTube, Meta, or Buffer gives that provider the permissions described on the privacy page, and those providers’ own terms apply to the connected account.

No warranty

The site and the desk are provided as they are. Publishing can fail, a platform can reject a video, and a link can change. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Changes

The artist may update these terms or the privacy page. The date at the top of the page is the current version. The Google OAuth consent screen and the Meta app should keep pointing at https://tasunke.uk/, https://tasunke.uk/privacy, and https://tasunke.uk/terms.
